It's~A~Resonating~World
The "a Person who ...." Approach

The "a Person who" approach helps us distinguish between Natural Energies and Forced Energies in a person.  Natural Energies are a person's authentic internal energies - the person themself - while Forced Energies are energies that are acting on a person from outside the person - the surroundings.

This is well-expressed in the "a Person who" approach - for example instead of saying "she's a surgeon" we say "she's a Person who is a surgeon".  Her Natural Energy is as a Person while the External Energy is being a surgeon.  The phrase "she's a Person who is a surgeon" distinguishes between the two energies, and is much different than the phrase "she's a surgeon" which doesn't recognize the difference between Internal Energies and External Energies.  Understanding and feeling our own and other peoples' Internal Energies as distinguished from External Energies is a basic step in understanding the Resonating~World.

Similarly we can say, "he is a Person who has red hair", or "she is a Person who votes for that political party", or "he is a Person who comes from that country", etc.  The "a Person who" approach both highlights the similarities between all people -- we are all "a Person" -- and strengthens awareness of the important distinction between the internal "Person" and the external "who".
